Your order will be delivered 1-2 days after the order has been confirmed through the ilaros Instagram page or email. Orders can also be collected at the customer’s discretion.

In line with our sustainability mission and goals, your candles will be delivered carefully hand wrapped following COVID-19 safety guidelines in a reusable and recyclable gift bag.

All sales are final. However, in the rare case, you encounter a problem with your candle we will happily replace it.
